Bo Concept
BoConcept were looking to roll out a chain of nationwide stores and needed to find out about existing furniture buying habits especially from a competitor's point of view.
Their main objectives in setting up a consumer survey were to explore people's buying habits and motivations, find the difference in opinions between existing customers and those who are new to the brand and to gather quality user data for direct marketing purposes.
Hitura provided front end design, survey build, database integration and final data analysis for the project. Over 1,000 opted-in email addresses gained and One-to-One dialogue opened with some survey participants.
