Chiltern Mills is a home ware retailer with nine stores in the North of England. We developed an online store that would give the client instant access to a large customer base beyond its normal catchment area.
Working closely with the client we:
researched, planned, designed and programmed the website
built a content management system
included sales and customer tracking
sourced a host and fulfilment provider
produced the product catalogue
managed a multi-channel online marketing campaign including CPC, shopping portals and affiliates
We meet with Chiltern on a regular basis to share knowledge and continually review the effectiveness of the online marketing campaign.
